A West Michigan cemetery is gifting a burial plot to the family of Ruby Garcia, so she can properly be laid to rest.
Garcia was found dead on the side of southbound US-131 on Friday evening.
Brandon Ortize-Vite is facing charges in connection to her murder.
Blythefield Memory Gardens family services manager Alexas Clemens says Garcia did not deserve this and they feel compelled to help the family how they can.
Garcia will be laid to rest at the cemetery on Friday.
Clemens says the day will be a celebration of Garcia's life, not the way it was taken from her.
