Ottawa County is among the first in the country to test out a robot greeter in its courthouse. Very cool.
The Court-Operated Robotic Assistant, CORA, will be at the Grand Haven Courthouse through tomorrow to direct visitors around, allow them to search court dockets, answer frequently asked questions and provide information about the judges and referees in both English and Spanish.
If that wasn't enough, CORA can also DANCE and take selfies! (What court house doesn't need that?)
CORA will take a little hiatus & return next February where she'll have even more capabilities including speaking more languages and processing child support payments and traffic tickets.
We're headed there for a dance ASAP...
