GRAND RAPIDS (WOOD-AM) - Police in Grand Rapids say a man was killed in a shooting last night.
Chief Eric Winstrom says the victim was found in front of a home on Diamond Avenue after 7 p.m.
"I have a feeling that there was probably an altercation involved," Winstrom said. "There was some indication earlier that there may have been yelling in this area, so that indicates a possible some sort of fight took place before the shooting but we haven't been able to confirm that."
The victim was not formally identified, but investigators did say he was a 38-year-old.
No arrests have been made.
