Detectives with the Ottawa County Sheriff's Office say a 39-year-old Holland man has been charged and for being suspected of using his cellphone to try to take a photograph or video up a woman's skirt. A 27-year-old woman told Ottawa County Central Dispatch it happened at a store on Felch Street in Holland Township on August 19. They say he was arraigned in district court on charges of capturing the image of an unclothed person and use of a computer to commit a crime.
Dykema's bond sits at $10,000 cash and has been posted.
