Muskegon Heights mayor hoping to attract big-box grocery store to area

Muskegon Heights is working to improve the downtown area and Mayor Bonnie McGlothin is hoping to attract a large supermarket.

McGlothin says her goal is to clean up the city and there is demand for a big-box grocer.

The mayor says the grocery stores in the area are small and residents want a store that will fit all of their needs.
