GRAND RAPIDS (WOOD-AM) - City Manager Mark Washington has revealed his budget proposal for the next fiscal year to the Grand Rapids City Commission.
His plan would spend $690 million, which is up 8.6 percent.
It includes multiple new construction projects, including new fire stations and the Martin Luther King Park lodge.
