Emergency management officials are watching the Grand River as water levels rise.
As of Monday afternoon, the river had already spilled over onto one road.
The National Weather Service is reminding drivers to never drive through standing water.
Officials say even if roads are in tact, driving through the water can push the flooding toward homes or make it worse.
