MUSKEGON (WOOD-AM) - Testimony is expected today in a settelement case centered on Ottawa County's admininstrative health officer.
Adeline Hambley has asked the court to bind Ottawa County trustees to a deal that would include a $4 million payout.
In exchange, Hambley and a deputy health officer would resign.
Hambley's lawyer says county leaders tried to back out after a deal was reached. The county's attorney denies that claim.
