GRAND RAPIDS (WOOD-AM) - The owner of the Web Bar is vowing to rebuild following a fire in an upstairs apartment last week that damaged her establishment.
However, Deb Owen also says it will take a while to complete a list of needed repairs.
"The floors are bucking up (and we will need) all new floors (and) all new ceilings because plastic holds the smell of the smoke," Owen told WOOD-TV.
The fire on Richmond Street in grand rapids injured a firefighter, but everyone else made it out safely.
