UAW ends strike with Blue Cross Blue Shield, ratifies contract

The United Auto Workers Union is ending their strike after they came to an agreement with Blue Cross Blue Shield.

The UAW represented BCBS employees ratified a 3.5 year Master Labor Agreement on Wednesday night.

The strike began on September 13 over outsourcing jobs to other states and countries and a wage scale gap.

Employees began returning to work on Thursday.
