GRAND RAPIDS (WOOD-AM) - A charge of operating while intoxicated causing death has been filed against a Grand Rapids driver who investigators say was high on cocaine when he plowed into a crash scene five months ago, killing a good Samaritan.

Police say 74-year-old Willie Guydon hit one of the vehicles involved in the previous crash at 28th and Madison, which struck 31-year-old Chelsea Belden.
