LANSING (WOOD-AM) - A judge is expected to decide this morning whether to drop charges against two people who Democratic Attorney General Dana Nessel claims were "fake electors."

Clifford Frost and Mari-Ann Henry are among 16 Republicans who are facing a list of charges, including forgery.

Frost's attorney wants the charges dropped after Nessel called the defendants "brainwashed." Nessel also said their case would be tried in a county that leans to the left.
