Man, 32, found guilty of involuntary manslaughter in bicyclist's death

GRAND RAPIDS (WOOD-AM) - A jury has found a 32-year-old man guilty of involuntary manslaughter for a hit-and-run in July of last year that killed a 56-year-old bicyclist.

Investigators say Raysheen Harris was driving between 80 and 90 mph when he hit Nelson Smith as he was crossing South Division Avenue in Wyoming.

Harris faces up to 15 years in prison when sentenced next month.
