KENTWOOD (WOOD-AM) - A woman has filed a lawsuit against Kentwood Public Schools, saying the district knew she was being sexually assaulted by a former security guard and custodian but did nothing to stop it.
It alleges John Hunt, 59, repeatedly abused the East Kentwood High School student, who was sixteen at the time.
Hunt was given a prison sentence for third-degree criminal sexual conduct last year.
