MI wheat crop affected by drought

Michigan could see one of the worst wheat crops in years after dry conditions over the last few months.

Less rain in May and June led to a slower growth during a critical stage of development for the wheat crop.

The state could see the worst yield in a decade because of the lack of moisture.

The central part of the state appears to have been hit the hardest.
