A Grand Rapids group is holding a free water safety and swim clinic on Saturday.
The Eta Pi Sigma chapter of Sigma Gamma Rho is joining the city to host the "Swim 1922" clinic at the MLK Park pool from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m.
The clinic is focused on kids ages five to 14 and will teach water safety to swimmers of all skill levels.
Instructors will be working with kids on when and where to swim, life jackets and what to do in an emergency.
