The Diatribe is purchasing a building on Division Avenue to create a headquarters for after-school programs, housing and creative space.
The nonprofit works to connect art and activism.
The Diatribe plans to spend $6.2 million on The Emory Arts and Culture Hub.
The building will include a basement performance venue, retail space and eight apartments for artists to rent.
The site is expected to open in August 2024.
