GRAND RAPIDS (WOOD-AM) - A 23-year-old man was shot last night in a drive-by shooting that happened around 9 p.m. near the Kentwood and Gaines Charter Township border.
After hearing multiple vehicles honking their horns outside of his home, the man attempted to investigate the commotion. Upon exiting the home, suspects from two separate vehicles began opening fire, striking the man in the leg and also hitting a home nearby.
Authorities believe the shooting was targeted. No arrests have been made.
