Kalamazoo Public Schools Board of Education is one step closer to finding their new superintendent.
After 37 applications were reviewed by KPS board members and the first round of virtual interviews finished up yesterday, the list was narrowed down to three candidates: Darrin Slade, Ty Weeks and Stephanie Jones.
In a special board meeting that will be open to the public, the three candidates will undergo their final round of interviews in person on May 8 at the KPS Administration Building.
