NEWAYGO (WOOD-AM) - Schools will remain open today in Newaygo after a threat was made in a phone call to a Newaygo Public Schools staff member late Friday.

Superintendent Jeff Wright says Newaygo Police were contacted.

Holland Police and the Ottawa County Sheriff's Office were also involved.

There are no classes today at Three Rivers Community Schools as police there investigate what they call a non-credible threat.
