A Muskegon man is facing charges after he allegedly shot and killed a six-month-old baby last week.
Julio Casiano is charged with lying to a police officer during a felony investigation and open murder.
Prosecutors say they do not believe that baby A'Dourr Malone was Casiano's intended target.
Casiano's brother was also charged in connection to the incident.
Tollie Hatcher is charged with two counts of assault with intent to commit murder and two counts of use of a firearm in the commission of a felony.
