Consumers Energy says most customers who were impacted by the natural gas leak in Barry County have been reconnected.
The utility says all customers have had their pilot light relight or were left a note from the utility on how to schedule a time to have the service completed.
Consumers Energy says the leak under the Thornapple River occurred last week Tuesday afternoon, however it was not impacting customers.
Customers began to notice a disruption to gas in the middle of the day on Wednesday.
