GR airport expecting record travel for spring break

The Gerald R. Ford International Airport is preparing for their busiest time of the year.

Airport COO Alex Peric says spring break is the number one travel holiday for the airport even beating Thanksgiving and Christmas.

AAA expects one million Michiganders to travel for spring break.

The Ford Airport is expecting 150,000 passengers to fly between March 30 and April 11.
