HOLLAND (WOOD-AM) - Holland voters will decide in May whether to let the city sell two pieces of land to create space for a waterfront redevelopment project.
The proposed development would include a restaurant, marina, hotel, condominiums and an ice cream parlor.
It would occupy green space next to the Boatwerks Waterfront Restaurant and Verplank Dock Company.
