GRAND RAPIDS (WOOD-AM) - A lawsuit has been filed in federal court against a 40-year-old man by a girl he was convicted of sexually assaulting when she was a student at Nelson Elementary School in Muskegon.
Lorenzo Murray is currently serving a three decade prison sentence.
Also named in the lawsuit are the school's principal, the district, the staffing firm that hired Murray, and the Boys and Girls Club of Muskegon Lakeshore.
