Sanctuary at McAuley skilled nursing facility workers are planning a picket for next week as they negotiate a contract with Trinity Health.
Service Employees International Union says the Muskegon workers are underpaid, understaffed and overworked.
The union says Trinity Health left the bargaining table last week after plans for the picket were shared.
The hospital system claims the union walked away.
The picked is scheduled for March 13.
