GRAND RAPIDS (WOOD-AM) - Chicago's Navy Pier is being sued by the family of 8-year-old Grand Rapids boy following his fall from a climbing wall.
George Brewer broke a femur, his pelvis and suffered a concussion in July. He's scheduled for his fifth surgery in January.
Brewer was wearing a harness, but his family says workers did not attach a safety rope.
