Parents upset about health center mural

Parents who are upset about a mural at a health center at Grant Middle School are expected to attend a school board meeting Monday night.

Parents previously asked for the mural, which includes the use of LGBTQ symbols, to be removed.

Now, parents want the center shut down.

The mural shows several characters with some wearing shirts that have LGBTQ pride symbols on them.

The parents, around 100 of them, argue the images are causing division and school should be a neutral place.
