Festival of the Arts is expanding with a new event that will be held each fall.
Performance Plus will include artists and a master class with a musician.
The event scheduled to take place September 16 at the Forest Hills Fine Arts Center.
Lucy Kaplansky is set to open the show for Paula Cole and Sophie B. Hawkins.
