GRAND RAPIDS (WOOD-AM) - Grand Rapids Police Chief Eric Winstrom will outline his review of the department and policy proposals during a news conference that has been scheduled for this morning at 10 a.m.

"Winstrom will present his community-informed review and plans for change in police policies, procedures, training staffing/deployment and a roadmap for implementation that will chart a new course for community safety in Grand Rapids," the agenda said.
It comes after the Michigan Department of Civil Rights filed a pair of charges against GRPD.
