GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - The Grand Rapids Police Department say a man has been charged in connection to a shooting that injured a woman and a one-year-old last Friday.
24-year-old Dandre Jeffrey Means has been arraigned on two counts of assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder, second-degree child abuse, assault, and weapons charges.
