GRAND HAVEN (WOOD-AM) - Grand Haven will soon allow marijuana sales.
The Grand Haven City Council voted 3-2 last night to approve recreational dispensaries with a 225-foot buffer between stores and restricted areas, like schools.
The resolution will take effect in 21 days.
Prospective business-owners can apply for permits with the city. A lottery will determine who gets the permits.
