Degage Ministries is celebrating the opening of its new community center and dining room.
The nonprofit held a ribbon cutting ceremony at the downtown Grand Rapids facility on Monday.
The center moved to the corner of Sheldon Boulevard and Cherry Street to be more pedestrian friendly.
Degage says the expansion was the first phase of a $7.5 million plan.
