GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - Grand Rapids Officer Police Officer Christopher Schurr has been charged with one count of second-degree murder in the April 4 death of Patrick Lyoya.
Kent County Prosecutor Chris Becker made the announcement during a press conference at the Michigan State Police Sixth District Headquarters in Walker.
