A new mural in Grand Rapids celebrates the recent Sister Cities International Agreement with Gangnam-gu District, South Korea.
Artist Royyal Dog, whose real name is Chris Chanyang Shim, worked on the piece for about three weeks.
He began work in May, which is Asian American Heritage month.
The mural depicts a woman in a Korean hanbok dress.
The work is painted on the Hopson Flats apartment building across the street from Founders Brewing.
