Gun Lake Casino is preparing to add a hotel and resort.
Leaders from the Gun Lake tribe and casino will hold a groundbreaking ceremony on Thursday for the estimated $300 million project.
The expansion will include a 15-story hotel and an Aquadome, which will house three pools.
The casino says the expansion is expected to have a $650 million impact on the economy.
