The Grand Rapids City Commission meeting adjourned early again Tuesday due to protesters.
Mayor Rosalynn Bliss asked protesters to follow the commission's rules before the meeting began.
A meeting on April 26 ended early as protestors got rowdy and disruptive.
The meeting began around 7 p.m. Tuesday and went to recess around 8:10 p.m., as Bliss cited people using swear words and getting out of order.
Protesters then began chanting.
