GRAND HAVEN, Mich. - The City Council in Grand Haven is considering taking maintenance costs off of city residents, and having seasonal paid parking around the downtown area during busy months.
The plan would include charging $1 per hour for parking, and $2 per hour at the City Beach lot, with the season running from May 1 through Sept. 30.
