The Ottawa County Sheriff's Office says they are awaiting toxicology results to determine if narcotics or medication were a factor in the crash that killed three children earlier this month.
The crash happened near Holland on James Street between 112th and 120th Avenue around 11:20 a.m. on February 17.
A SUV was heading westbound when it hit a curb, rolled over and landed in a pond.
The mother was able to escape but emergency personnel had to free the children.
Alcohol is not believed to be a factor in the crash.
