ALLEGAN (WOOD-AM) - Two men are facing murder charges and other felonies in the death of their 82-year-old grandfather last year.
Cory Nethery, 24, has been charged. Christopher Fitzhugh, 27, is expected to be arraigned today after a disturbance in his cell yesterday postponed his scheduled hearing.
William Fitzhugh was found injured in his bathroom last October. He died in December.
Fitzhugh told police that both grandsons would beat him when he wouldn't give them money.
