A special game night for the Grand Rapids Griffins is coming to Van Andel Arena soon.
Beer City Dog Biscuits, Huntington National Bank and Red Glasses Movement are teaming up to bring "Hockey Without Barriers" to GR on February 26.
The event will feature soft music, no horns or flashing strobe lights and a "chill zone" for any fans that get overwhelmed and need a safe space to relax.
The game will bring awareness and acceptance to people of all abilities.
