Lincoln Street west of Allendale is closed Thursday evening due to a fatal crash.
The incident happened around 4:15 p.m.
Ottawa County Sheriff's deputies say a pickup truck was heading eastbound on Lincoln Street when the driver lost control and hit a tree.
The 36-year-old Grand Haven Township man was thrown from the truck and died.
Drivers are asked to avoid the area.
