The Grand Rapids Fire Department is looking for feedback on how they can better serve the community.
The department is hoping residents will take an online survey to let the department know their feedback and what else they could be doing to keep the community safe.
Bill Smith with GRFD says the survey is quick and easy but will provide them with information they want to know.
