GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - A West Michigan exercise physiologist is offering tips for people on how to set, and achieve, their New Year's Resolutions.

Todd Buckingham with Mary Free Bed Sports Rehab says setting smaller goals makes them easier to achieve, as well as using the buddy system to have someone push you also helps.
