BATTLE CREEK, Mich. - 1,400 members of the Bakery, Confectionary, Tobacco Workers and Grain Millers International Union voted to accept the tentative agreement with Kellogg's on a new offer.
On Tuesday, union officials announced the agreement that includes such aspects as no permanent two-tier payment system, a clear path to regular full-time employment, no plant shut downs through October 2026 and more.
The workers have been on strike since October 5.
