GRAND RAPIDS (WOOD-AM) - Grand Rapids police say a victim who had a gunshot wound to his leg is refusing to cooperate investigators.
Authorities received a report of a shooting victim walking on Division near Hall early Sunday.
Police say he was walking with another man when he was located. the victim's age is not known.
No suspect information is available.
