GUN LAKE TOWNSHIP, Mich. - Timothy Scott Popenhagen pleaded guilty on Monday to aggravated indecent exposure, in relation to an incident that happened in a Meijer parking lot on M-89 on June 3.
Popenhagen climbed into the backseat of a woman's car, after asking her for directions, then exposing himself. He then fled the scene but was stopped on the road by deputies right after the incident.
Authorities say Popenhagen was involved in a similar incident in Ostego earlier that day, and is scheduled to be sentenced on Monday, Jan. 3.
