BENTON HARBOR (WOOD-AM) - The first lead service line has been replaced in Benton Harbor.
The three-foot pipe connected a home on Ogden Avenue to the city's water system.
It may have been there for 100 years.
The city is under an emergency declaration. residents have been told to drink and cook with bottled water.
