HOLLAND TOWNSHIP, Mich. - The Ottawa County Sheriff's Office says a possible medical emergency may have caused a driver to crash into a guardrail on Riley Street near Holland Monday morning.
Authorities say it happened around 9:45 a.m. when a 53-year-old Holland man left the road and struck the guardrail. When deputies arrived on scene, they noticed the appeared to be having a medical emergency.
The driver was extracted from the car and taken to the hospital, where he is listed in stable condition.
