The $40 million update to the Amway Grand Plaza Hotel is almost finished.
AHC Hospitality President Rick Winn says they expect this is the last week Pearl Street between Front Street and Campau Avenue will be completely closed.
The road closure began last week as crews removed the rooftop crane that was installed in March 2019.
The project was expected to be completed in the spring, however the pandemic led to construction delays.
